How this list is put together
We keep a private list of condos on Sukhumvit from Chidlom to soi 77, plus Sathorn, Silom, and Rama 4: 1791 Sukhumvit listings and 751 on Sathorn, 2542 in total. It is not a live scrape. We read public rent cards from agencies that already publish a contact (PropertyScout, PropertyHub, and The Living Bangkok), then write our own text around the facts that matter: project, size, rent, floor, BTS, and who to call.
We do not copy another site’s description. If the PropertyScout card has a photo of the unit, we show the original file their image CDN watermarks. We do not host a copy, and we do not invent a picture when they never published one. Those listings stay on a simple building plate. Ask us if you need more photos. Prices move. Treat every number as an asking figure until it is confirmed.
Where an agency publishes its own logo we show that file. If we could not download one, you get a letter badge rather than something we drew. Where a listing names a developer and we have that developer’s own mark, we show it on the card. We do not invent a parent company or a logo. We also do not link a website we could not open and confirm is theirs.
Asking facts compiled from
Logos belong to those desks and portals. We show them to credit where an asking price came from, not to suggest they back Reserve Edition.
Listings with no agency are left out. Ask us about a home. We take it from there. We do not work for these agencies, and they do not work for us. We list them because they published the unit.
Staff match a customer LINE or WhatsApp to these same rentals at /desk. That room is not part of the renter pages and requires a staff password. The map and rental listings are open to everyone.
