The city has more than one version of a penthouse. These three addresses show how the choice changes when the priority is a skyline, the river or a quieter city-centre setting.

The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Bangkok
For a penthouse defined by height and a broad city view, MahaNakhon is the obvious place to start. The residential tower rises over the Silom business district. The setting suits someone who wants the city in view throughout the day, with Chong Nonsi close by.
The crucial question is which residence is actually on offer. A large apartment in the tower is not automatically a penthouse; ask for the floor plan, private outdoor area, lift access and the view from the specific rooms you would use most.
Market snapshot, 26 October 2026: a four-bedroom, 848 sqm full-floor penthouse was advertised for rent at ฿1.5 million a month. The asking price and availability need reconfirmation.

The Residences at Mandarin Oriental
Here the defining feature is the Chao Phraya rather than the skyline. The residence project describes penthouse suites with a private pool deck and terrace, and the river frontage gives the outdoor space a different purpose from a high balcony above the business district.
For a renter, the practical checks are just as important as the view: which terrace belongs to the unit, how much of it is usable in sun and rain, and which residence services are included in the proposed lease. The project has penthouses, but that does not establish that one is available to rent today.
Market snapshot, 26 October 2026: a six-bedroom, 605 sqm riverfront penthouse was advertised at ฿2.5 million a month. Treat that as an asking price until the specific unit and terms are confirmed.

98 Wireless
98 Wireless makes a different case: a residential address near Phloen Chit with a more formal, low-key arrival. Sansiri confirms that the building includes penthouses, including a larger residence called The One. Its appeal is the setting and the scale of the home rather than the promise of a particular rental now.
There is no verified penthouse rental here in our current selection. If Wireless Road is the priority, ask about this building while comparing other large homes nearby; a project name and a generous floor area are not proof of penthouse status.

How to shortlist one
Start with the life you want inside the home: outdoor space, separate guest rooms, service, privacy or a particular view. Then confirm the unit’s actual floor, photographs, usable area and current availability. A penthouse label alone answers none of those questions.
