Our take
Sports facilities set President Park apart: tennis courts, a basketball court and a pool table alongside a pool, wading pool and jacuzzi. Completed in 1994 near MRT Queen Sirikit, it has 3 and 4-bedroom homes listed, which suits families, and some listed homes allow pets. Check the fittings in the specific unit, given the building's age.

Rents and floor areas
Monthly asking rents run from ฿75,000 to ฿110,000. Compare homes with the same bedroom count first.
Even within the 3-bedroom selection, sizes span 223–270 sqm. Compare the floor plan and the room proportions alongside the headline size; the bedroom count alone doesn't show how much space is given to living, dining or storage.
